Calling all those working on water access around Portland!
Do you work for a watershed council, non-profit, company, or government entity that focuses on water access (for example, increasing water access points, creating river maps, or improving water access for people with disabilities)? Perhaps this is a subject you care about personally?
We’d like to bring all of you together virtually the day before Intertwine Summit 2023 to share what and how you are doing water access work. During our call, Dr. Erin Abernethy of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service will help us create an organizational map of who is doing water access work around Portland, thus increasing awareness amongst ourselves of projects and gaps.
We hope that the energy from this call will carry forward to the in-person Summit, leading to further relationship building. We intend to follow up with participants after Summit to facilitate more opportunities for cross-organizational Portland-area collaborations with interested folks.
Admission free with Summit ticket. If you are unable to attend Summit but want to join this call, please email Tara at tara@theintertwine.org.
