The Lotion Pump(KEXON), also known as the push-type lotion pump, is a liquid dispenser that utilizes the principle of atmospheric balance, extracts the liquid in the bottle by pressing, and fills the outside atmosphere into the bottle. Common lotion pumps dose are 1cc-5cc lotion pump. 1cc Lotion Pumps Supplier provides the following work concepts.

1. The first press. When the first press, the lotion pump is tightened by the main column of the main column and the secondary column is tightened; during the process of tightening the spring, the outer wall of the piston collides with the inner wall of the body to promote the opening of the piston The discharge hole of the column; when the piston slides down, the air in the body is discharged through the opening of the sub-column which is now open.

2. Press multiple times. Drain the air inside the bottle. No matter what kinds of lotion pump including 5cc lotion pump, all need take this step.

3. Draw liquid. Press the pump head through the main column, the sub-column, the piston, and tighten the tension spring to discharge the air inside the body, then release the pressing head, then the liquid storage chamber in the body constitutes vacuum suction In the liquid condition, the glass ball is sucked up, and the liquid in the bottle is sucked into the body liquid storage chamber through the straw.

4.Storage liquid. Repeatedly press the head, after repeated aspiration, the liquid is stored to the body until the liquid is completely stopped.
