Join Tualatin Riverkeepers in stewarding the Dirksen Nature Park wetland in Tigard! This work supports wildlife habitat, water quality, soil health, and human connection throughout the park.

Tall grass and dense weeds in the wetland have made it hard to establish native plants, but with your help, we can get our fall plantings off to a great start. On this day, we will be using special tools to clear weeds in small sections and create planting areas for small native plants.

Snacks, coffee, tools, safety gear, and instructions are provided. This park is accessible via the 76 Trimet bus line.

Thank you to our partners from Ash Creek Forest Management, City of Tigard, and Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District for supporting this project!
