Open Farm Day: Spring for Zenger

Spring for Zenger kicks off the Open Farm Day event series, our growing season, and the joys of spring with community! We will be giving away vegetable starts, herb starts, seeds, and other garden-related goodies to help attendees get their home garden started. Attendees will have the opportunity to get advice from gardening pros and community partners, explore the farm, meet our chickens, participate in land stewardship projects, choose an herbal blend from our tea bar, and eat lunch made by Paula Hernandez. Lunch will be served at 12:15pm.

Registration

Registering ahead of time helps us prepare materials and food for the right amount of people. We understand that this can be a barrier, and welcome day-of registrations and drop-ins. Sliding Scale: This event is made possible through our sliding scale or "pay as you can" model. Please pay what you are able to while registering. The suggested scale is $5-$100 per family or small group. Priority will be given to BIPOC and David Douglas School District families for slots at the lower end of the scale. If you are registering as an individual, feel free to slide down on the scale. If you are coming as a larger group of 5+, consider paying up on the scale.
