Come help us rid the Salmon River of a noxious weed! Policeman’s Helmet is a highly invasive riparian weed with pretty pink flowers and popping seed heads that spread seeds downstream It is fun and relatively easy to pull. Bring a reusable water bottle and be prepared for a little bush whacking, about 100' (long pants and close toed shoes advised). Parking fee is waived. Volunteer check-in is at the bottom of the circle drive toward the salmon shelter, where parking passes for volunteers will be provided.
