Join the fun and help plant hundreds of trees in SE Portland neighborhoods! This will be one of our largest events of the planting season and we could really use your help! We'll be planting in the following neighborhoods: Brentwood-Darlington, Woodstock, Sellwood-Moreland, and Eastmoreland.
Please arrive to the staging site by 8:45am to enjoy breakfast treats and hot coffee or chocolate. The planting starts promptly at 9:00am. We provide gloves and tools, so all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes or boots. Our neighborhood volunteers will also provide a potluck lunch for all volunteers after the planting is complete!
Looking to volunteer as a group? RSVPs are kindly requested for groups of more than 5 people (http://www.friendsoftrees.org/groups). RSVPs are not required for individuals or groups of 4 or fewer -- you can simply show up!
