This November, voters throughout our region will have the opportunity to continue protecting rivers and wetlands, habitat and open space, as well as to invest in parks, by renewing the Nature for All bond. Please join us as we launch the campaign to pass this exciting and important measure on Thursday, Sept. 19, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Cully Park in Northeast Portland.

The Nature for All campaign launch will center community, diversity and families across the region with interactive activities, healthy snacks, and speakers representing our communities. Our mission is to gather friends, neighbors, community partners and other stakeholders to celebrate the efforts to create Measure 26-203 -- and to look ahead to winning the campaign come November.

We also need volunteers the day of the launch to greet people and do a bit of crowd canvassing with the goal of recruiting campaign volunteers. If you're interested, please sign up here.

The Nature for All campaign has a critical opportunity to put community first in order to build lasting relationships that span beyond Election Day. We recognize that it's not just about winning, it's about the impact of meaningful conversations with voters about why access to parks and green spaces contribute to the quality of life we've come to cherish across our region. Measure 26-203 was informed by communities of color to deliberately make key investments that ensure historically underserved areas have access to parks and conservation areas.

Our coalition is made up of dozens of organizations, including 1000 Friends of Oregon, Verde, AFSCME 3580, The Nature Conservancy, East County Rising, Depave and The Trust for Public Land. To join these incredible organizations and businesses in the effort to the pass the Nature for All bond, endorse today! Email Campaign Manager Elisabeth Swarttouw at elisabeths@strategies360.com to get started.

Please share this invitation widely with your family, friends and colleagues. Together, let's set the stage for sustained and equitable support for our parks and natural areas in the years to come. RSVP to join us!
