“In order to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder, every child needs the companion-ship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in.”

~Rachel Carson, from The Sense of Wonder

Join Bee Thinking and Brooke Hieserich, Education Director at Schoolyard Farms, for an evening of presentation and conversation exploring the “why’s” and ways to engage your inner child, child companions, and the natural world through story, the senses, and healthy snacks! Come away with a few farm camp-tested activities, book titles, and a recipe or two kids of all ages will enjoy this season outdoors.

This event is free to attend with a suggested donation of $5 - $10 at the door. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Schoolyard Farms. Adult beverages will be available for purchase, along with complimentary snacks.
