Come help us rescue freshwater mussels!
This summer ODOT will be replacing the failing bridge where McLoughlin Blvd crosses the creek by the Union Manor retirement home. Since the worksite is home to a sizable population of freshwater mussels we will wade in, locate them, and take them to a different location on the creek and place them in the sediment there.
