Come join us at your closest National Park! We will be cutting, lopping, and shearing away invasive plant species along the waterfront of Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. Join us in bettering our environment, and beautifying the Vancouver waterfront. Removal of invasive plant species in this riparian area will allow native vegetation to regenerate, improve soil conditions, and promote ecosystem resilience against pests and diseases, which in turn will promote a healthy watershed and clean water in our community. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes for this rain or shine event.
