Experience a series of slow, mindful activities designed to open and engage the senses and connect you with nature in a way that invites healing interactions. This relaxing experience is hosted entirely outdoors, rain or shine. Forest Therapy guide, Elizabeth Koch, will guide participants through a half mile of slow walking and non-vigorous activity.

For more details on this workshop, please visit our website at www.columbiasprings.org/events or email Mason Wordell at volunteering@columbiasprings.org.

--------------------------

Columbia Springs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Vancouver, WA, focusing on connecting our community with nature. Since our formation in 1997, our program offerings, including those hosted at our 100-acre natural area and those we provide off-site, strive towards a vision for our community which includes: teaching our community about the ecological value of our green spaces and how to protect them; promoting access to nature for children; encouraging outdoor recreation for fun and for healthy lives; and protecting natural resources and their positive impacts on quality of life in our community. Columbia Springs promotes the above values by offering programs which include school field trips, community events, sustainable living workshops, and space for free outdoor recreation.
