Try your hand at at ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arranging and and along the way learn a little about its history and traditions. Instructor Nana Goto Bellerud, a Japanese native and President of Ikebana International, Portland Chapter, will demonstrate basic techniques and proper preparation and treatment of plant materials, then you will have the opportunity to let your own creativity take over. Create one or two beautiful arrangements to take home with you.
