The discussion will build on recommenations heard in previous River Plan/South Reach events.
Background
The Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) is updating the Willamette Greenway Plan (1987) for the South Reach of the Willamette River. The area is generally south of the Ross Island Bridge on both sides of the river to city limits, excluding South Waterfront, and includes the Dunthorpe neighborhood in Unincorporated Multnomah County.
