The Carnivore Research Support Intern helps support all aspects of the Wolverine Tracking Project, a community science project collecting data on wildlife in Mt. Hood National Forest.
From reviewing the photos from our trail cameras and tagging them in our database, reviewing scat survey maps and photos, coordinating with volunteers, to creating social media and newsletter content, and much much more, the intern gains excellent first-hand experience with a long-term, community science research project.
Internship Period: June 14 - October 29, 2021.
If you are a student attending classes in the Fall, the end date is flexible, or you may intern at reduced hours after the start of classes.
Hours: 20-25 hours/week
