10th Annual Creek Clean-Up on

Saturday, August 26th

9am-12pm

BBQ from 12pm-2pm

The Johnson Creek Watershed Council invites you to our biggest Clean-Up ever! Last year we were able to clean up 5 tons of trash from 5 miles of the watershed. This year we’re hitting 7 miles!

Volunteers will meet at 8:30am at Mill Park in Milwaukie before dispersing in groups to designated sites. Following the Clean-Up, we will be celebrating with a barbecue and awards ceremony from 12pm-2pm.

· Participants of all ages invited

· Closed-toed shoes are required

· Dress in appropriate clothes that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy

· Tools will be provided

· Carpooling from Mill Park to clean-up sites encouraged

Come early – the first 100 volunteers to arrive will receive a fabulous 10th Annual Clean-Up T-shirt!

See You There!

THANKS TO OUR PARTNERS AT: Water Environmental Services, North Clackamas Parks and Rec, Portland Parks and Rec, SOLVE, Sunset Garbage Collection, Metro, Hoodview Disposal and Recycling, City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, Green Lents, and the Overland Park Coalition. Thank you for working with us to create a brighter future for Johnson Creek!
