Each Eco-Blitz is open to all, and structured on the needs of its site and host organization, along with the interests of the general public. Blitzes are typically one-day long and consist of scientists and educators leading groups to find and identify as many species as possible. This is done using the iNaturalist app. All species data is stored within iNaturalist.org.
