Art of Movement is a class aimed at bringing the whole, embodied self to the acts of exploration and creation. We cultivate flow not by ignoring our aches, pains, tensions, needs, but by creating space to experience our full, breathing embodiment. Each class will begin with a thoughtful movement exploration, continue with a walk in the Arboretum, and finish with a small art project and discussion. We aim to explore embodied creative pathways, grounded in the here and now, fed by the senses, connected to the world.
